When choosing a ring please measure carefully are resizing a ring will most likely incur a charge and whist they may be stretched by a half or possibly one full size, anything more may involve a full remake (depending on the style and complexity) and as such may incur a full cost . Measure twice cut once.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable).

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Custom-made, personalised, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at Hello@DianeLeeSilver.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable delivery service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and details. We will cover all return postage costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

  • Please ensure your return is properly packaged and sent via a reliable courier.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
