Every little helps (I hope)

If you receive a parcel from me, you might notice a change. I tried to be as environmentally friendly as possible, all my metal is recycled obviously as is my wastepaper etc. In addition I try to use the most environmentally friendly processes available (such as the pickling compound are use which is made from concentrated lemon juice rather than the Generally used chemical pickle ).

One area I was a bit concerned about was the amount of plastic I have been using in the form of Sellotape, but I am pleased to have found I plastic free tape. It is not clear (it doesn’t look quite as good) however I have a feeling that the type of lovely people who buy my jewellery, are also the type of people who would rather be plastic free and see brown tape. I am always looking to improve and I’m just working my way through my old boxes and bags before introducing even more environmentally friendly packaging. I have some crisp glycene bags too now to replace the voile ones. - little steps in the right direction.
