    The jewellery is despatched in a pretty voile bag & sent signed for with Royal mail. In order to reduce my environmental impact I occasionally reuse postal packaging

  • Commissions

    I do take commissions, but please be aware it's only me in a small studio working flat out, so you may need to allow plenty of time :D

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

     

    Shipping information

    The jewellery is despatched in a pretty voile bag & sent signed for with Royal mail. 

    If you are not at home to receive the parcel, you may have it sent to your place of work, but it must be signed for. I cannot be responsible for lost packages.

    Parcels returned to me due to uncollection, will not have the cost of delivery refunded. 

    I do accept returns, (with the exception of personalised items) but the buyer must pay for the both the cost of delivery and return. If the item is damaged in any way the refund will reflect the loss in value.
